Mentornomics founders have a proven record building successful technology and service solutions in the healthcare field. 


Our platform is designed and built with extensive input from an advisory team. They represent behavioral health and home health experts from a range of fields and backgrounds including licensed psychologists, board certified behavioral analysts, licensed professional counselors, clinical social workers, advanced register practitioner nurses, home care executives, and more. Patti G. Norris, LPC

Over 25 years of experience in variety of community mental health, college campus and inpatient settings providing individual and family therapy.  Areas of specialty include suicide risk evaluation and crisis counseling.  Patti has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years in Arizona with an emphasis on brief interventions and crisis support.

Sarah Germain, lpc

More than 15 years of experience in varied behavioral health environments as both a clinician and an administrator.  Sarah became an independently Licensed Professional Counselor in 2012, and worked in multiple settings with an array of populations.  Her experience includes acute inpatient settings, prisons, and integrated community mental health facilities where she provided individual, group therapy, and supervision of other licensed professionals.  She has a specialty in Art Therapy and expertise working with high risk populations.

Over 35 years of experience in healthcare technology and operations, serving the last 18 years as CIO for multiple midsize public companies (Providence Service Corp., LogistiCare LLC, Almost Family, Inc.) that provided medical transportation, behavioral health, and home health services.

Andrew King


An established track record working with providers and payers implementing technology-enabled solutions in innovative home health programs. Andrew is a former LHC vice president, Oliver Wyman consultant, Marine Corps veteran, and Columbia University graduate.
